I have 15+ years experience in administrative, editing, and computer programming arenas. I completed a scopist training program through Scoping Careers International, prior to founding KC Scope & Scribe. Since then, I have become an AAERT certified transcriber. I am also involved in amateur radio, call sign KC9MTL.

• Any business dealing with personal information must be treated with the utmost privacy, confidentiality, and respect.

• Timely turnaround of court documents is vital to the judicial process. If I commit to one, the deadline will be met. I will be honest with my clients if I will not be able to meet a deadline, especially on expedite requests.
